Dean B. Kilbourne, Esq. is an experienced litigator and mediator. Kilbourne’s broad experience includes civil litigation, complex probate litigation, litigating contested conservatorships, will contests and representing conservators, contested and non-contested estates.
Kilbourne has litigation experience in probate court, superior court and appellate courts. Mr. Kilbourne is a vigorous advocate for those involved in civil litigation, including but not limited to contract cases, landlord/tenant , divorces, and contested estates or probate matters. He completed negotiation training at the Harvard Negotiation Institute and has his certification in mediation from the Quinnipiac Center on Dispute resolution. Kilbourne is accredited by the Veteran’s Administration to represent claimants.
