Dean B. Kilbourne is a Partner and co-founder of Connecticut Elder and Disability Law Firm in Bristol, CT. Attorney Dean B. Kilbourne is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rollins College, Winter Park, Fla., graduating with High Distinction and Honors.
Mr. Kilbourne has been admitted to practice before the Connecticut Bar, the United States District Court of Connecticut, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the Hartford County Bar Association, and the Bristol Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Kilbourn is a former associate of the Hartford law firm of Rogin, Nassau, Caplan, Lassman & Hirtle. He is also a former member of the Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee and Law-related Education Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of Compensation Quarterly.
Attorney Kilbourne is the former Corporation Counsel and assistant corporation counsel for the City of Bristol and is also a life-long resident of Bristol.
